What the Team Does

North South Real Estate works both sides of a transaction. On one side that means appraising a property, running the campaign and negotiating the sale. On the other it means acting for the buyer, which often covers properties that never reach a portal.

Behind those two jobs sits everything that makes them work. Someone has to manage the tenancies, read the comparable sales, build the marketing, keep the paperwork straight and pick up the phone. That is what the other seven people do.

• Selling: appraisal, campaign, negotiation and settlement for owners across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
• Buying: buyer's advocacy for people who would rather not bid in public, including off market stock.
• Managing: leasing, inspections, compliance and rent reviews on investment property.
• Supporting: analysis, marketing, technology and administration, which is where most of the team sits.

Where the Team Works

The patch runs from Brisbane City and New Farm, down the Gold Coast through Main Beach, Southport, Broadbeach, Burleigh Heads, Hope Island and Sovereign Islands, and on into Northern New South Wales at Byron Bay, Ballina, Cabarita Beach and Nobbys Creek.
